I met Amanda at my fave club where I was going to play that night. If your interested I might tell you what happened and what she said to me ;)

I met Amanda when i was in a music store down-town i was picking out a new Adel CD and i saw her standing in the window just looking at me. At first i was a little freaked out so i tried to avoid her at school, but then one day while i was eating lunch and she just walked right up to me and said “hi I’m Amanda and your Iona” i was pretty freaked out. So after lunch i walked up to her and said “have you been watching me?” she said to me “why didn’t you ask sooner i was dying to talk to you!” I was like “what???” and then she said “i have really been wanting to talk to you, your special.” Like i was supposed to know what that meant!! And well we kinda just connected after that.

I met Amanda at the bookstore. I was browsing the magazines. As I was reading the latest edition of Glee. I heard a musical voice tell me that I was a raven. Before I could turn around she held my arm so I couldn’t turn around. She whispered into my ear that I had secrets. That I kept and made many secrets. That I was intellectual and a keeper of many things, dark and light. She said that was my totem. I turned around and she was gone. The next day she found me again. She told me all of my secrets. Both dark and light. Before she could run I caught her arm and asked her why she was telling me this. She smiled secretly leaned in and told me you are a keeper of all things dark and light. You tell none. Ravens are dark and little light. That is my secret. Keep it. Keeper of all and many things.

that is so much cooler then how i met her. :’( now i don’t feel special anymore.

I still have to smile when I think about meeting Amanda. I was swinging on a swing set a the park. I have this thing about swings. They just make me feel so free. She Abrubtly stopped me and said-
“Dolphin, your Special.”
I said “Ummm My names not dolphin is Aidin.”
“Isn’t Aidin usually a boys name.”
“Well, my parents wanted a boy, deal with it.”
“Then how about I just call you Dolphin.”
“Why do you keep calling me a Dolphin.”
“Because thats your totem. You a Carefree spirit.”
“Alrighty then, what’s your name since you know mine. And how ‘bout just D.”
She hesitated, as if not sure what to tell me “Amanda, my names Amanda, and I think we will be very good friends.”
“Why do you think that?”
“Because, like I told you, your Special.”
And it all went uphill from there.
I should also mention here that Amanda has a secret that makes her very, VERY dangerous…..
