who is amanda valentino?

i’m not a complete newbie to the school. i’ve been here for around 2 years. i was sitting in class listening to the teacher when amanda walks in. of course, i didn’t know who it was at the time. it was just the new girl. i knew from the minute she walked in that she wasn’t the usual kid from Endeaver High School. she walked in, wearing an unusual outfit i had never seen before. i was sure it wasn’t from a magazine because i keep up with fashion and like i said, i hadn’t seen before. it didn’t look like the way everyone was staring at her bothered her at all. she took the open seat next to me and started taking notes. i couldn’t help but notice that she wasn’t taking notes on the subject of the class. it seemed more like she was writing things down from her memory. i wondered what it could be, because it was not something i recognized. i leaned over and asked her what it was and she didn’t seem offended that i was watching her. actually, she asked me if i was interested in astrology and other things like mythology and things like that. i couldn’t say i was interested but i did find it intriguing. after that day, i stopped paying attention to what the teacher was saying and looked at what amanda was writing and learning about that instead. we were only discussing those odd topics for about a week or so, when she dissapeared. if anyone knows where she is, i want my friend back! i miss her even if she was a strange little girl.

that sounds like amanda alright. my name is kate tazzoria, known as tazzy. i’m on the newspaper with her. whenever i see her we always get off on some weird, random topic. i never know how we get there. she just walked in one day, said i want to be on the newspaper, showed us her idea of an article, and that was that. what class did you have with her lena?

amanda sure is one of a kind. you can never tells what’s she’s up to most of the time. she might talk 2 u 1 min and den the next she’s gone. i liked talkin’ 2 amanda - not that it happened often. her fashion sense did intrige me lods. it looked just right on her but if any1 else wore it it would be a nightmare.
