The (Ex?) Boyfriend.

Yesterday,I was down at the supermarket picking up some junk (we all need it to survive :P) . I made my way over to the cash till and this guy caught my eye - well, he was the kind who would seem attractive to everyone within a 10 meter radius, all open buttons and disheveled black hair falling onto his forehead. Piercing blue eyes; unlike any I’d ever seen.

I was behind him in the queue, and he shot me a look that could best be described as a cross between hateful and wary. I chose to ignore it, noting only his attractiveness. However, when he left, he was awfully hurried and dropped what appeared to be a Filofax organizer. I picked it up off the floor meaning to give it to him; but when I looked up, he was already gone. All I could see was the undefined silhouette of his muscular form as he rocketed across the parking lot.

When I got home, I still had the organizer with me. Curious, I opened it - and I was surprised to find several entries about Amanda. He seemed to have been using the book as both an organizer and a journal.

One entry in particular caught my eye. It was made on the 16th of February, and it said: “Dinner date with Amanda - can’t miss this!” As I flipped through the book, I saw several more along the same lines. More dinner dates, study dates and movie dates, and most importantly, recent entries that included random doodles in margins saying “I miss Amanda”,  or “I love Amanda”.

While it could be another Amanda, his behaviour seemed very suspicious…what could it all mean?

hmmm. maybe an ex or current boyfriend. i wonder if she ever mentioned a boyfriend to any of her friends. or maybe he’s just a stalker dude whose totally in love with her.

amanda’s really nice so she could’ve hung out with him just to be nice. unless she really did have a boyfriend, well that’s another story.

Well I guess the journal entries hint at him being an ex/current - why would Amanda date her stalker? :P

Maybe he was another one of her friends that no one knew about and she kept a secret. We all thought of her in what could be thought of as an idolized way. Then again he did say he loved her.

Woah, he’s gotta be pretty recent right? Hmm… well I feel like he had to be a boyfriend at some point, because he had all the different dates written in. This is really interesting.

Well, it could mean anything. There’s got to be more than one Amanda at Endeavor. It could be a different Amanda or it could be our Amanda. But if it’s our Amanda, then maybe he’s looking for her too…

If he’s a stalker, that could be why she left… or was taken.

My thoughts on that would have to be that maybe he was watching her to start out with, you know like a spy. Does anyone think that maybe that’s why she was looking around on edge at times? Could she have someone that was looking for her, before she even disappeared and we all joined in the search? Maybe other people have been searching for her before she went missing here?

I don’t know about this guy, but my older brother Greg had a ‘thing’ with Amanda. They went on a couple of dates, to my knowledge, and she ended it about a week before she left. My brother has brown hair though, and he isn’t all THAT muscular. He was completely distraught when she ended it, the best way to descirbe him afterwords was thoughtful, bitter, and grumpy.

So, Amanda did date, albeit secretly, but she never really seemed like the boyfriend type to me.

Why couldn’t she just SAY things, instead of going around everything?

Ya, I belive one time, Amanda was talking in our homeroom class about an amazing date with a guy that night. He was infact discribed as you have said. I think we are on to something. Amanda totally said she loved him. BUT the next day she was gone. Coincidence
