  1. Great poem.. especially the first two lines. The were a great hook!

  2. I suppose I understand... picture books aren't the main thing I read either... sorry if I sounded a little snappy. Thanks for clarifying!

  3. Are you the keeper of the raven? Good poem by the way. What does this poem mean to me?.....

  4. I really like your profile pic. Check Your Haiku - i think the last line has 6 sylables (and yes, I know I spelled that wrong...)

  5. This poem is really great. This reminds me of Your poem, No Title, and I think this poem is your response or solution to what that poem says. This poem inspires me, to continue finding who I am.

  6. why haven't you read any kids books? They shouldn't really be called that you know. At least not all of them. They are funny, entertaining, so wise, and sometimes way too deep for mere children. Read a Dr. Seuss book, or "Don't let the pidgon drive the bus".

  7. I think you're right... everyone's looking for their place, for a label they'll be happy with, a title. They have to earn it, and for some peoplw it takes longer than others. Some take a title that doesn't represent them well because they want a home so bad. I want to wait for a title that I'm happy with before I proclaim it.

  8. I can't stop laughing long enough to think up a word of my own!

  9. I liked the two poems thing. They were so intertwined: you got to see both sides of the story. At the same time, I don't know if you needed both. Each poem was really good, and they belonged together, but at the same time, they weaken eachother a little bit.

  10. Amanda isn't crazy enough or despret enough to steal over 2 thousand dollars. Since she didn't steal the money, she must have gotten it from someone as a gift, or be a millionaire herself. Or, if you want to go with the non-human theory, she had no need for money and had created it or gathered it mystically. I'm for the gift theory. Amanda'd charmed so many people, who's to say she hadn't made friends with a few elderly rich folk? Mabey they gave her money, or left some to her when they died. I don't know. Amanda probably left her the money for the morgage, since it was the right amount and because of Amanda's whim-zical nature.
