  1. **I meant it's not like AMANDA. Not Callie. So sorry. And continuing on with my idea of Amanda wanting to bring Callie and her father together. That seems to be her main purpose so far: to bring people together and help them out in unexpected ways. For all we know, Hal and Nia might have needed Amanda's help just as much as Callie did, just for different reasons. But like I said before, just trying to think of ideas..

  2. I agree that Amanda most likely did NOT steal the money from a bank or anyone else. Like what CactusDove said: 'She’s diabolical, but unlawful? Hardly. A criminal? Doubtful.' I totally agree. I also don't think that Amanda gave Callie for the mortgage. It doesn't seem like Callie to make anything that obvious--or easy. If she wants to leave a trail of clues behind for the four of them, why shouldn't this be one? It might not seem like a lot to work with but, knowing Amanda, there's probably some way that the money is connected to finding her. However, if the money IS for the mortgage, I think it's not for the sake of their home, but for the sake of Callie and her father's relationship. If the drawings on the car were done to bring Hall, Nia, and Callie together, why shouldn't she also bring Callie and her father closer? Just thinking..

  3. I'm just wondering how Amanda is getting notes to her guides in the school and at their homes. I'm wondering if the second person who helped draw on Mr. Thornhill's car could be the one delivering notes instead of Amanda. And I agree that the second person might be your (Callie's) mom. If the lizard represents change, that could fit. The fact that Callie's mom left her changed Callie's home and her father completely. So the lizard might be able to fit with Callie's mom if you really think about it.

  4. Totally! That's exactly what I was trying to say. Except I meant Callie's mom--not Amanda's. Oops! But I wish I knew about Amanda's parents as well.. Team Amanda! :)

  5. Zoey - I totally agree. It kinda confused me, too. But you never know with Amanda. She was able to sneak into Callie's room and leave her notes and clues. So maybe she witnessed the accident or figured it out on her own. But also, when Heidi was talking to Callie about what had happened, Heidi said, ""I think she saw the car. I think she recognized the car."" If Bea really did recognize Heidi's car, she might have talked to Amanda about it.

  6. I agree with what people have been saying: that the lizard, if they are the second person on the tape, could be Amanda's mother. Maybe the symbols on the car have to do with bringing all of the totems together. Every totem is very different from all of the others, but maybe Amanda's trying to show them that, if they want to figure out her mystery, they need to set aside their different views and personalities and come together to figure everything out. They need to break free (birds) of their individual totems.
