   I think it has to be! Who else would be wandering around during a pep rally? But, it seems like Amanda is everywhere. Her clothing sounds like her; she always liked to wear bizarre things. Like how she cut her hair the day before and the next day she wore a wig.

   But, what would she be doing there?

   To me it sounds like her because she always stands out to every one because of her unique clothing. Plus Amanda doesnt seem like the pep rally type.

   Oh dear, this is indeed getting a little spooky. I don’t know if this particular young lady is Amanda, but I do know that Amanda owned a similar black wig. She wore it to my Home Ec elective last Fall (when she still bothered showing up at least a few times a week). I don’t know who this Uma character is, but when Amanda walked into my class (late) wearing that wig I said, “Well, it looks as if Cleopatra herself has decided to grace us with her presence.” Amanda just smiled that radiating smile of hers, and said, “The way to prevent war is to be ready for it!” So odd, that child. I don’t know if that helps at all, just wanted to offer my two cents. Liza’s grandmother, Mrs. Mary Lewis, and I are good friends, and when Liza’s mother Jeanne told Mary about the happening at the bank and about this website you all set up, Mary told me. So here I am.

   Hey everybody, my mom was able to pull another image from a different camera at the bank (helps to bake brownies for the security guards!) and post it in Clues.  Check it out.  Do we think it is Amanda?

   That looks just like Amanda to me. She’s such a radical girl. Always changing everything and trying different crazy outfits and looks. Maybe those are disguises meant to ward off people that are after her?

    I am not so sure—that is not what she was wearing when she nearly knocked me over.  She had on one of her crazy old lady dresses and had a flowered Hibiscus thingie in her hair that day, typical weirdness. There are lots of strange girls in the world, I should know, I have sisters . . .

    I can’t be sure if it’s Amanda or not. She was always dressing differently each day. Maybe she wore different clothes and hairstyles so someone tracking her tell properly identify her from a distance?

    Hey Liza - think there’s any way your mom could get us info on what Amanda/Uma was doing at the bank that day? I’m sure stuff on people’s account is super confidential, but it might help us to know if she was withdrawing money, depositing, how much, etc. I don’t know… just grasping at straws here.

    I have an idea about the bank thing, but since it deals with someone’s personal information, I can’t really post it here.  If she wants to make it known, that is, if it even has anything to do with what I think it might, she’ll post.

    I might have been Amanda because she, like many other teenagers, try to avoid pep rallys. But it’s hard to say because her other friends might dress like that as well. I think that if it were Amanda she would have been at the bank because, well, where else would she be if she were skipping…that doesn’t make very much sense. But Amanda is pretty scatterbrained so she never leaves home with wads of cash, she brings her card. so to be able to do anything she would have have to   of gotten money first, right?

    so what does this outfit express? It would be a lot more helpful if it was in colour, if there’s a way to get that from someone that would be great,

    It IS in colour, the bank is just THAT dreary-looking. But I see where you’re going with this… It’s a tad blurry, but the outfit still screams anything BUT happy..

    Amanda was, is original. Weird, fearless, quirky, brilliant, and original.
    I had thought I had seen her near 3 near the train station, in ripped jeans and a black hoodie, and she had wavy blonde hair. So of course at first I didn’t think at all it was Amanda. Until I saw her face, that is. Haunted, scared, tortured which made me doubt. Amanda, scared? Everyone who knew her would reply, AS IF!
    But the expression. The same as when she got the note, almost.
    I must have been mistaken, unless she switched from one identity to another to escape the secret she thought was haunting her so much from that note.

    I think that this has to be Amanda. It seems like something she would do. Amanda would wear a wig like that, if she wanted to. If this is Amanda, maybe she was getting money because she knew that she would not be back (for ever, or for a little while).

    WAIT A MINUTE! If she was at the bank. Than maybe this was before she left the money for Callie! She probably went to the bank to get the money for Callie. Left it for her in her basement then now I don’t know where she is. -_-

    That doesn’t make much sense to me. She gets this scary note during class then she dashes out and ends up going to the bank to withdraw money for Callie? I know Amanda is a good friend and nice too but I don’t think anyone who is that freaked out would think of doing something for friend in their moment of panic. Or am I missing something?

    i dont think this is amanda… remember that she asked someone if she could borrow 200 dollars so obviously she wouldnt go to the bank to get her own money…. but then again maybe it is her… i dont know amanda is hard to predict

Maybe she saw Uma’s face and could ID her as A. We can’t really predict what A would do, it’s become evident that we didn’t know her as well as we thought. We really shouldn’t take people for granted. I miss having Amanda around.
